Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Medical Representative at COPAD Egypt. The Medical Representative will promote and sell COPAD’s medicinal and veterinary products to healthcare professionals, clinics, pharmacies, and relevant institutions through virtual meetings, calls, and digital communication channels. Responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, presenting product information and clinical benefits, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The role involves monitoring market trends, gathering feedback, and reporting on sales activities and customer needs to support commercial strategies. The Medical Representative will collaborate with internal teams to align on promotional campaigns, ensure accurate product knowledge, and contribute to achieving sales targets while complying with ethical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including virtual detailing, negotiation, and basic understanding of sales KPIs.
* Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
* Candidates should possess a foundational knowledge of Medicine or Pharmacy to understand product indications, usage, and safety information.
* Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills to handle remote work, plan calls, and maintain accurate records.
* Relevant bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
* Proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, and online communication platforms is beneficial.
* Ability to work independently, demonstrate integrity, and comply with all regulatory and ethical guidelines is required.
