We Are Hiring: Mechanical Foreman – Oil & Gas / RLIC Experience
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Foreman for an Oil & Gas project in Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC), Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily mechanical installation and construction activities.
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials according to site requirements.
- Supervise piping, firefighting, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical works.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, method statements, ITPs, project specifications, and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate inspections with site engineers and QA/QC personnel.
- Monitor productivity and ensure activities are completed according to schedule.
- Identify and report technical, safety, and site-related issues.
- Maintain daily manpower, progress, material, and inspection records.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with permit-to-work requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma, ITI, or relevant mechanical trade qualification.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant construction experience.
- Proven experience in Oil & Gas projects.
- Previous working experience in RLIC is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of mechanical installation, piping, firefighting, plumbing, and HVAC works.
- Familiarity with approved drawings, method statements, inspection requirements, and Oil & Gas HSE procedures.
- Strong leadership, manpower-management, and coordination skills.
- Valid RLIC gate pass and immediate availability will be an advantage.
