Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical Engineer role based in Cairo. The Mechanical Engineer will design, develop, and optimize food processing machinery and mechanical systems, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed mechanical designs, models, and drawings, collaborating with cross-functional teams on equipment layout and integration, and supporting installation, testing, and commissioning of machinery at production facilities. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical issues, improving existing equipment, conducting research and development for new solutions, and contributing to project planning, documentation, and reporting. The engineer will also coordinate with suppliers and contractors, support preventive maintenance strategies, and ensure adherence to company standards and industry best practices.
