Production & Maintenance Engineer responsible for managing and monitoring production and maintenance activities in a medical supplies manufacturing facility.
• Monitor daily production activities and ensure production plans and work orders are achieved.
• Review raw material requirements, consumption, and production scrap.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust injection molding machine parameters to maintain stable production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and machine-related problems to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive, periodic, and corrective maintenance on injection molding and packaging machines.
• Monitor machine performance and production parameters across printing, assembly, and packaging processes.
• Follow up on product quality at different stages of the manufacturing process.
• Analyze production issues and scrap causes and support corrective actions to reduce waste.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure smooth production operations.
