Role Description This full-time on-site role in the Riyadh Region is for a Mason specializing in plaster work and related construction tasks. The Mason will prepare and apply cement-based plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces, ensuring smooth finishes and correct alignment. Daily responsibilities include mixing materials, setting bricks or blocks when needed, repairing and renovating existing masonry surfaces, and conducting stonework or decorative plaster work as required. The role also involves reading basic plans or instructions, using hand and power tools safely, maintaining a clean work area, and collaborating with other workers to complete projects on time and to quality standards.
Qualifications
* Strong Masonry skills, including practical experience in plaster work and surface preparation.
* Proficiency in handling Cement, mixing mortar, and applying it accurately to different surfaces.
* Experience with Brickwork, including laying bricks or blocks, aligning structures, and repairing brick surfaces.
* Background in Renovation work, such as restoring damaged plaster, repairing walls, and upgrading existing structures.
* Ability to perform Stonework, including cutting, fitting, and finishing stone elements when needed.
* Understanding of basic construction safety practices and willingness to follow safety guidelines on-site.
* Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and working in various weather conditions.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, follow instructions, and communicate clearly with supervisors.
* Previous experience in masonry or plaster work; vocational training or apprenticeship in construction is an advantage.
