üöÄ We‚Äôre Hiring: Marketing & Revenue Systems Architect (Solution Architect) | Glo3D
Glo3D is building the complete online presence for car dealers — bringing together digital merchandising, AI-powered video, paid ads, websites, inventory, CRM, AI follow-up, and more.
We’re looking for someone who can design how all of these pieces work together.
Not a developer.
Not a system operator.
A system architect.
Someone who can look at the entire customer journey — from the first ad click to the sold car — and design the systems, data flows, funnels, and processes that make every step work together.
What you'll doAs our Marketing & Revenue Systems Architect, you'll own the design of Glo3D's marketing and revenue system.
You'll work directly with our CEO, Sean Toussi, and alongside our AI marketing agent, Alex.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing lead flows and funnels across Glo3D's products
• Designing end-to-end lead tracking using HubSpot as the central hub
• Improving conversion rates and identifying where leads drop off
• Designing HubSpot objects, pipelines, workflows, routing, and reporting
• Creating clear specifications for our developers and AI coding agents
• Designing how our products share data and hand off leads
• Overseeing the CRM and website products from a systems perspective
• Designing the tracking and data infrastructure behind social media management
• Reviewing our existing products and creating one connected workflow for lead follow-up, analytics, and management
Think of it as designing the blueprint for the system before the builders build it.
üéØ Who we're looking forThere are two paths into this role:
The CRM Power User
You've lived inside a CRM for years and know it inside out — what works, what doesn't, and why.
The CRM Designer
You've designed CRM systems or CRM products yourself and understand how they should be structured from the ground up.
Either way, we're looking for a Marketing Ops, Growth, or RevOps leader with 10–15 years of experience, ideally in:
üöó Automotive
üíª SaaS
üìà Marketplaces
You should have experience designing funnels, owning conversion outcomes, and translating complex business requirements into clear specifications that developers can execute without guessing.
üîß You should understandYou don't need to code these yourself, but you should understand how they work and what good implementation looks like:
• HubSpot
• Google Tag Manager & GA4
• Meta, Google & TikTok tracking
• Conversion tracking
• Server-side events
• Webhooks & basic integrations
üåé The roleüìç Location: Remote possible. Morocco-based candidates are preferred to work from our Casablanca office.
‚è∞ Hours: Daily overlap with our core team required
üíº Type: Full-time
üë§ Reports to: CEO
üí∞ Compensation: Up to $3,000 USD/month + quarterly performance bonuses
The bonus is tied directly to results such as lead conversion rates and demos booked through HubSpot. High performers can earn significantly above the base.
üõ°Ô∏è The Glo3D DomeWe think of what we're building as the Glo3D Dome.
Every dealer gets a connected system around their business — where their photos, inventory, website, advertising, CRM, and AI follow-up work together.
The goal is simple:
Track every lead from the first click to the booked appointment and ultimately the sale — without letting opportunities slip through the cracks.
With around 30 products already in the ecosystem and major new products coming, the CRM is becoming the heart of that system.
This is where you come in.
You'll help design how everything fits together.
ü߆ How to applyWe don't just want to see your CV.
We want to see how you think.
In 3 minutes or less, send us a written response or short video answering:
1️⃣ How would you track one lead from a Facebook ad all the way to a sold car at a dealership?
2️⃣ If conversions suddenly dropped, where would you look first — and why?
