Dubai, UAE | Commission-Based | Uncapped Earnings
DXBA. com is selectively expanding its luxury real estate team.
We are not looking to hire a large number of agents.
We are looking for a small number of serious real estate professionals who already know how to sell, build relationships and close high-value business.
Our team has been involved in billions of dirhams in real estate sales, and a number of agents who have worked within our environment have gone on to become million-dirham earners and top performers.
We are now looking for the next few people who can genuinely perform at that level.
This Role Is For You If
You already have experience in real estate and believe you are capable of significantly more with the right platform behind you.
You are ambitious, competitive, professional and comfortable dealing with high-net-worth clients.
You do not need someone constantly pushing you to work.
You understand that serious results come from discipline, consistency and the ability to close.
What You Get
We Are Not Building the Biggest Team
We are building a high-performance team.
We would rather have a smaller group of exceptional consultants than hundreds of average agents.
If you are simply looking for another brokerage to join, this may not be the right opportunity.
If you are looking for a platform where your ability can translate into serious income, stronger clients, bigger transactions and long-term growth, we would like to speak with you.
Who We Are Looking For
Compensation
This is a fully commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.
For the right consultant, the opportunity is not about earning a standard salary.
It is about building a serious real estate career with the infrastructure, technology, inventory and opportunities to reach a much higher level.
We are only hiring a limited number of consultants.
If you have the experience, confidence and hunger to operate at the top end of the Dubai real estate market, apply with your CV.
