Job Description
- * Lead debt recovery, collections, and pre-litigation activities across the UAE.
- Manage external counsel and oversee claims, enforcement, and litigation matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial, lending, and financing agreements.
- Advise the business on lending, trade finance, credit, and day-to-day commercial legal matters.
- Support new market entries, licensing activities, and corporate structuring initiatives.
- Partner with commercial, product, and operational teams to identify risks and deliver practical legal solutions.
- Develop legal processes, governance frameworks, and policies while monitoring regulatory developments.
The Successful Applicant
