About the Opportunity
We are working on behalf of a well-established organisation in Doha to recruit a Lead for Recruitment & Workforce Planning.
This is a key role within the HR function, responsible for leading a team across recruitment and workforce planning, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to understand current and future resourcing requirements.
The successful candidate will bring strong recruitment expertise alongside a data-driven and commercially focused approach to workforce planning. You will play an important role in shaping recruitment strategies, workforce plans and talent attraction initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead a team across recruitment and workforce planning, overseeing end-to-end recruitment activity across a broad range of roles and functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand both immediate and future workforce requirements, developing plans that align with the wider business strategy.
A key part of the role will be analysing workforce data, trends and recruitment metrics to support effective planning and decision-making. You will also oversee recruitment campaigns, manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and ensure recruitment activity is delivered in line with employment legislation and best practice.
The role will also have involvement in employer branding, talent attraction and continuous improvement initiatives, alongside wider HR and workforce planning projects.
About You
We are looking for someone with proven experience across recruitment and workforce planning, with the ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders and lead a team.
You will be analytical and commercially minded, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practice and the ability to use workforce data to inform decision-making. You will be comfortable managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities, while maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
Experience within a technical, scientific or regulated environment would be advantageous, as would experience using HR and applicant tracking systems and relevant HR, recruitment or workforce planning qualifications.
