We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Lawyer to join our legal team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong legal knowledge, excellent communication skills, and practical experience in handling clients and legal matters independently.
Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Rental/Tenancy, Commercial, Corporate, Family, Criminal, Civil Litigation, or other areas of law are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and manage assigned legal matters independently.
Consult with clients, understand their legal concerns, and provide clear and practical legal advice.
Maintain professional communication with clients and provide regular updates on their matters.
Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, contracts, agreements, legal notices, pleadings, legal opinions, and correspondence.
Conduct legal research and provide advice based on applicable laws and regulations.
Assist with negotiations, settlements, disputes, and litigation matters as applicable.
Coordinate with clients, courts, government authorities, external counsel, and other relevant parties.
Monitor case progress, deadlines, and required actions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all assigned matters.
Work collaboratively with other lawyers and legal support staff.
Handle multiple matters efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
Minimum 3 years of legal experience.
At least 1 year of professional legal experience in the UAE.
Experience working in a law firm or legal consultancy is preferred.
Experience in one or more of the following areas: Real Estate, Rental/Tenancy, Commercial, Corporate, Family, Criminal, Civil Litigation, or General Legal Practice.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills.
Practical experience in client consultation and relationship management.
Ability to understand client requirements and explain legal matters clearly and professionally.
Strong legal drafting, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage legal matters independently and meet deadlines.
Professional, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.
UAE legal experience and knowledge of relevant UAE laws and procedures.
