Role Description The Laundry All-Rounder role is a full-time, on-site position located in Kuwait. This role involves handling a variety of tasks across the laundry and dry-cleaning process, including sorting garments, operating washing and drying machines, and assisting with stain treatment. The Laundry All-Rounder will help with folding, ironing, and packaging items, ensuring that all garments meet quality and cleanliness standards. Daily duties also include maintaining a clean and safe work area, following established procedures, and supporting colleagues to ensure efficient workflow. The role may involve direct interaction with customers, such as receiving and tagging orders, answering basic service questions, and ensuring orders are correctly tracked and delivered.
Qualifications
* Ability to perform general laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding garments with attention to detail.
* Comfort with operating and caring for laundry and dry-cleaning equipment, following safety guidelines and maintenance instructions.
* Basic customer service skills to receive orders, handle inquiries professionally, and support a positive client experience.
* Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple orders, meet deadlines, and follow clear work procedures.
* Capacity to work on your feet for extended periods and lift moderate loads as part of daily operational duties.
* Willingness to follow health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning products.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
* Previous experience in laundry, housekeeping, or garment care is an advantage but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.
* Basic English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages commonly spoken in Kuwait is a plus.
