Labarna AI builds sovereign, client-owned intelligence platforms for businesses that can't build them themselves. We don't sell seats on someone else's software — we stand up custom AI-driven platforms, hand the client the code, and move to the next build. Our internal engine orchestrates seven large language models alongside our continuously learning Sovereign Engine to design, build, and deploy production software across 21 verticals, with most engagements delivered in under 30 days.
Role Summary
The Platform Operator runs the Labarna engine day to day. You take a client brief and drive our platform to produce working software — orchestrating the agent stack, running builds end to end, validating the output, and preparing the finished system for handoff. You are not writing software line by line; you are operating the machine that writes it, and you own the result.
What You'll Do
• Operate the Labarna Builder Suite and Sovereign Engine to produce client platforms, from requirements through deployment.
• Orchestrate the multi-model agent stack — configuring, prompting, sequencing, and supervising agents through a full build.
• Translate client requirements into build specifications the platform can execute against.
• Run quality control on generated output: test, review, catch failures, and iterate until the system is production-ready.
• Manage builds to the under-30-day standard and flag risk early.
• Prepare and deliver the completed codebase to clients under our Ghost Architecture model.
• Monitor live agent runs, step in when they go off-track, and feed improvements back into the engine.
• Work across verticals — construction, commercial real estate, payments, and more — adapting the platform to each.
What We're Looking For
• Strong technical fluency — you can read code, understand system architecture, and reason about software even if you don't write every line.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, agents, or automation platforms.
• Operator's instinct — comfortable owning a process end to end, moving fast, and shipping.
• Sharp quality judgment — you know when output is wrong, incomplete, or not ready.
• Clear communicator who can work directly with clients and internal teams.
• Thrives under speed and ambiguity; our builds move in weeks, not quarters.
Nice to Have
• Background in software development, DevOps, solutions engineering, or technical product delivery.
• Prompt engineering or agent-orchestration experience.
• Domain exposure to construction tech, real estate, or payments.
