Job Opening: Junior Ticketing & Reservation Agent
• Company: Laveen – Erbil
• Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Salary: 700,000 IQD
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the specialized computer reservation system (after training).
• Handle daily passenger inquiries via phone and email.
• Manage basic accounting and promote products/services in the office.
• Perform occasional airport duties when needed.
Requirements:
• University graduate.
• Proficiency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic.
• Able to travel alone to Europe for aviation training.
• Flexibility for occasional airport shifts and on-call support.
