Engosoft is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and develop our IT operations and ensure a secure, stable, and efficient technology environment across the organization.
If you have strong hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, Networks, Cybersecurity, FortiGate, Odoo, VoIP systems, and team management, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the IT team, set priorities, and monitor daily operations.
• Manage company networks, servers, firewalls, VPNs, and IT infrastructure.
• Administer and maintain FortiGate Firewall, security policies, Web Filtering, and remote-access solutions.
• Manage virtual and physical servers, including Backup & Disaster Recovery plans.
• Oversee cybersecurity controls, user permissions, access management, and security alerts.
• Manage and support Odoo ERP, integrations, user permissions, and technical issues.
• Manage VoIP / Yeastar / 3CX communication systems, extensions, and call quality.
• Manage cloud-based services and business systems such as email platforms, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace.
• Supervise technical support operations and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
• Perform troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis for recurring technical problems.
• Recommend and implement technology solutions that improve productivity, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare regular IT performance, incident, and improvement reports.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT, infrastructure, systems, or network management.
• Proven experience leading an IT team.
• Strong practical experience with FortiGate or similar Firewall solutions.
• Good knowledge of Networks, VPN, Servers, Backup, Recovery, and Security.
• Experience with Odoo administration and technical support.
• Experience with Yeastar, 3CX, VoIP, or similar communication systems.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity and access-control principles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good English skills for working with technical documentation.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related technical field.
Preferred Certifications:
CCNA | Fortinet NSE / FCP | Microsoft Certifications | ITIL or equivalent certifications.
