WE’RE HIRING – INTERIOR DESIGNER
ILLUSION DESIGNS is looking for an experienced and technically strong Interior Designer to join our team immediately.
ILLUSION DESIGNS is a design company specializing in interior and architectural solutions for hospitality luxury residential and commercial projects. We focuses on creating distinctive, high-end spaces that balance aesthetics, functionality, and client lifestyle needs.
KEY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
• Strong knowledge of technical documentation and preparation of complete drawing packages, including layouts, elevations, sections, details, and schedules
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in tender documentation and preparation of tender drawing packages
• Strong understanding of the full design process, from concept development and space planning through technical documentation and execution
• Strong knowledge of joinery, furniture, materials, finishes, lighting, and interior detailing
• Ability to prepare material specifications, schedules, and other project-related design documentation
• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate architectural, MEP, and other technical drawings
• Good understanding of BOQs, specifications, and project requirements
• Experience in reviewing shop drawings, material submissions, and technical submittals
• Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
• Ability to identify technical and design issues and develop practical solutions during project execution
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design and technical documentation
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting tight deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proactive approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven professional experience as an Interior Designer
• Experience in luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, or other high-end interior projects is highly preferred
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both creative design capabilities and technical expertise is required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software will be an advantage
• Immediate availability to join is required
