Job Location: Riyadh
Job Purpose:
Lead physical ELV/ICT infrastructure engineering including containment, Precast Material Coordination, trays/ladders, trunking, conduits, OSP duct banks, manholes, sleeves, tie-ins and support systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate the physical infrastructure strategy for ELV/ICT systems across buildings and external site areas.
- Review tray, ladder, trunking and conduit routes for CCTV, ACS, IDS, FAS, PAVA, ICT, fiber and other ELV systems.
- Perform or review containment sizing, cable-fill requirements, segregation and route capacity.
- Site Coordinate containment routes with architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural and civil services.
- Develop/review underground duct-bank, manhole, handhole and inter-building pathway requirements for ICT/fiber infrastructure.
- Coordinate building entries, sleeves, openings, risers and penetrations with structural and architectural teams.
- Coordinate all required precast sleeves/openings before precast fabrication or closure.
- Review support and hanger arrangements, fixing methods, clearances and access for installation and maintenance.
- Coordinate firestopping, sealing, weatherproofing and protection of ELV/ICT penetrations as required by the project.
- Ensure suitable segregation between life-safety, security, ICT and other systems based on approved project requirements.
- Review containment material submittals, accessories, fittings, supports and technical compliance.
- Coordinate site changes and resolve clashes between ELV pathways and other disciplines.
- Support site inspection of containment, ducts, sleeves and cable pathways before concealment.
- Verify installation quantities and support commercial/cost-control teams with physical measurement where required.
- Maintain redline/as-built records for containment, duct banks, manholes and building pathways.
- Coordinate with ICT/security/ELV engineers so infrastructure is ready before cable pulling and device installation.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Telecommunications or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in ELV/ICT infrastructure works(Including: cable trays, conduits, underground ducts, manholes, handholes, fiber routes, equipment rooms and external infrastructure).
- Strong experience in AutoCAD, site coordination, quantity/BOQ, shop drawings, and installation inspection/ project execution.
- Experience on major projects in Saudi Arabia, including campus, university, utility, infrastructure, healthcare, airport, government, or other multi-building projects (Preferred).
