- Minimum [3-5] years of proven experience operating bulldozers on construction or infrastructure projects
- Valid UAE heavy equipment license (preferred), or ability to pass a practical test
- Skilled in operating heavy equipment (grading, leveling, pushing and spreading materials, land clearing)
- Able to read site instructions and work to levels and markings
- Knowledge of routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Commitment to health and safety (HSE) rules at all times
- Professional, disciplined, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Willing to work at different project sites
