As the Cluster HR Manager, you play a pivotal role in overseeing and directing the Human Resources function across the assigned properties. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations across the cluster, while fostering positive, productive, and engaging work environments.
With a strategic mindset, you will lead and coordinate HR initiatives across multiple properties to attract, develop, and retain top talent while promoting a consistent culture that aligns with the company’s values and business goals. You will work closely with the leadership teams of each property to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and best practices.
