üìù Responsibilities:
- The role involves overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and maintaining HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and healthcare regulations.
- The HR Manager & Government Relations Officer will handle government relations activities such as coordinating with regulatory bodies, managing licensing and permits, and ensuring compliance with relevant governmental requirements.
- Day-to-day tasks include supporting organizational development, managing employee records, facilitating training and development initiatives, resolving workplace issues, and preparing reports for management.
- The individual in this role will work closely with clinical and administrative leadership to ensure alignment between human resources, regulatory obligations, and organizational goals.
- Work effectively under pressure.
üéì Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, healthcare regulations, and government procedures related to licensing, visas, and permits.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with government agencies and regulatory authorities, and to manage documentation and compliance processes.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and HR systems to support organizational efficiency and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field; professional HR or compliance certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical center setting in Saudi Arabia is preferred, along with proficiency in English and Arabic.
