Role Description This full-time Housekeeper role at Hottel is an on-site position based in Jiddah. The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing linens, and replenishing supplies. The role includes handling laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Day-to-day duties also involve reporting maintenance issues, following safety and hygiene standards, and responding to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner. Housekeepers collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure rooms are prepared on time and meet Hottel’s quality standards.
Qualifications
* Ability to perform housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, sanitizing, and basic Laundry duties
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with guests and colleagues professionally
* Solid Organization Skills to manage daily tasks, prioritize rooms, and maintain cleaning supplies
* Willingness to participate in Training and follow established procedures and safety guidelines
* Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights throughout the shift
* Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
