Role Description The Host/Server role at Ave Restaurant is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuwait. In this role, the team member welcomes guests, manages reservations and waitlists, and guides guests to their tables while ensuring a smooth seating flow. The Host/Server also takes food and beverage orders, serves meals, checks on guest satisfaction, and responds promptly to special requests or concerns. Daily tasks include maintaining cleanliness in the dining and host areas, coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams, processing payments, and following restaurant service standards and safety guidelines. This role requires consistent professionalism, a polite and engaging demeanor, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
