Key responsibilities
- Prepare installation schedules and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and tools to keep projects on track.
- Lead and supervise foremen, skilled technicians, and helpers across multiple sites.
- Monitor daily progress, resolve site issues, and coordinate with the projects, production, warehouse and procurement teams.
- Ensure installation quality, site safety, and compliance with company procedures and project requirements.
- Set clear expectations, enforce discipline, and hold the team accountable for performance.
Requirements
- Strong, hands-on experience in aluminum installation is essential.
- Proven experience supervising installation teams and planning work across multiple projects.
- Excellent knowledge of site operations, resource planning, installation quality, and safety practices.
- A confident, decisive leadership style, with the ability to manage a diverse workforce firmly and fairly.
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
