Kando is working exclusively to recruit a Head of Engineering for one of our clients in Amsterdam.
This role will report directly into an experienced CTO, with two Team Leads and an Architect reporting into you.
However, the CTO is based elsewhere. So, this role has a broad mandate from ideation through to implementation.
The company is an established, profitable product business that has just gone through an extensive migration to bring it's current stack right to the cutting edge of technology.
They're also fully committed to an AI-integrated SDLC, meaning you'll be responsible for ensuring the company takes an ambitious but sustainable approach to AI implementation.
