This is an opportunity to play a key role in accelerating high-potential gaming startups, working closely with ambitious founders and connecting innovative companies with the expertise, resources and opportunities they need to scale.
üöÄ Your mission
- Lead the delivery of a gaming-focused startup acceleration programme.
- Identify, attract and evaluate promising gaming startups from around the world.
- Support founders in business strategy, go-to-market, growth, scalability and investment readiness.
- Design and coordinate tailored acceleration journeys, mentoring and industry expertise.
- Drive measurable results and help gaming startups unlock their full potential.
üéØ What we're looking for
- Strong professional background in the gaming industry and its business ecosystem.
- Proven hands-on experience in startup acceleration, incubation or venture building.
- Experience working directly with startup founders and growth-stage companies.
- Excellent programme management, strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent English; UAE or wider Middle East experience is a plus.
üìç Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE ‚Äì significant on-site presence required.
