The team is hybrid and based in Stockholm.
There are two tracks open right now for frontend-heavy or backend-heavy, and we are happy to speak to strong engineers on either side.
What matters more than the stack is how you work.
We are looking for someone who drives things forward, someone who pushes back on scope when it makes sense, leads the technical conversation, and makes the engineers around them better.
AI is part of the picture too, not feaure-lead but embedded in engineering workflow. We want to hear about what you have actually done. Real AI workflows, real guardrails, real examples of where something went wrong and what you did about it.

The engineering culture is collaborative and consensus-driven, which we like. But consensus doesn’t mean everyone agreeing for the sake of it. We want someone comfortable taking a position, defending it, and changing their mind when the evidence says they should.
