Call for Proposals: Freelance ISO Consultant – Integrated Management System
We are seeking an experienced ISO consultant to lead the design, implementation and certification readiness of an Integrated Management System covering:
- ISO 22000:2018 – Food Safety Management System (incorporating HACCP principles)
- ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System
- ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health & Safety Management System
- ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management System
Scope of Engagement
The consultant will own the project end-to-end, including:
- Conducting a comprehensive gap assessment against all four standards
- Developing the full documented information: policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, records and the IMS manual
- Supporting on-site implementation across operational and support functions
- Designing and delivering staff training and awareness programs
- Planning and executing internal audits and management reviews
- Managing corrective actions and closing non-conformities
- Ensuring full readiness for the Stage 1 and Stage 2 certification audits
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience implementing ISO management systems, ideally in an integrated format
- In-depth, hands-on expertise in food safety, HACCP and ISO 22000
- Qualified Lead Auditor in one or more of the relevant standards (preferred)
- Proven track record of successful certification projects
- Strong ability to train, coach and engage teams at all levels
