About the Role
We are looking for an Exterior Architect to join our team full-time, on-site in Tanta. You will design and develop exterior architectural concepts and detailed facade packages for projects across Egypt and the Gulf region.
What you will do
Develop exterior and facade designs from concept through to detailed documentation
Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations in Lumion
Model and document designs in Revit, maintaining BIM standards
Coordinate with our structural and MEP teams to resolve design interfaces
Participate in design reviews and refine designs based on client and internal feedback
Support the preparation of tender and construction documentation
Contribute to material selection and facade detailing
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in exterior architectural design
Strong proficiency in Revit
Lumion rendering skills (required)
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field
Ability to produce clear technical drawings and presentations with strong attention to detail
Effective communication and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Nice to have
Experience on projects in the Gulf region
Familiarity with the Saudi Building Code
