Role Description The Export Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tanta, responsible for developing and managing international sales opportunities for Fiber fab’s product portfolio. Daily tasks include identifying and qualifying potential overseas customers, preparing and negotiating quotations, and managing the full export sales cycle from inquiry to order fulfillment. The role involves coordinating with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure on-time delivery, accurate documentation, and compliance with export regulations. The Export Sales Specialist will maintain regular communication with existing clients, address customer inquiries, provide product information and training when needed, and support the development of sales strategies for targeted markets. The role also includes monitoring market trends, competitors, and pricing to help optimize export performance and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and support international clients effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive export revenue, manage pipelines, and contribute to strategic account development.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to provide product knowledge and guidance to customers, partners, or internal teams as needed.
- Relevant experience in export or international sales, including familiarity with shipping terms, documentation, and basic trade regulations, is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and common business communication tools; additional language skills beyond English are an advantage.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or related sectors is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
