HIRING: Executive Director – Real Estate Development | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced Executive Director – Real Estate Development to lead and oversee real estate development projects in Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall real estate development strategy and portfolio.
- Identify and evaluate new development and investment opportunities.
- Oversee projects from feasibility, land acquisition, concept design and approvals through construction, sales/leasing and handover.
- Manage project feasibility studies, financial models, budgets, cash flow and investment returns.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, government authorities and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, risks and overall project performance.
- Develop and implement business plans aligned with the company's growth strategy.
- Lead and manage development, project management and related teams.
- Prepare investment proposals, development plans and regular reports for senior management/Board.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi real estate regulations and development requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Finance or related field; Master's/MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in real estate development, with significant senior management experience.
- Strong experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use or master-planned developments.
- Strong knowledge of real estate feasibility, development economics, investment analysis and project delivery.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management and commercial skills.
- Saudi Arabia / GCC real estate experience is highly preferred.
