Role Description The Employé en affaires is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City, responsible for supporting the business operations of Kuwaiti Cuisine. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with business planning activities, monitoring performance indicators, and preparing basic reports that help guide decision-making. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication, addressing guest or partner inquiries professionally, and helping maintain high standards of customer service. The Employé en affaires may also support administrative tasks, contribute to process improvements, and participate in initiatives that enhance efficiency and profitability.

* Relevant experience in hospitality, food service, or business operations is beneficial.

* Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
