Jarman Grading, LLC is hiring an experienced dump truck driver in the Goldsboro, NC area. New trucks are coming in, and we are looking for a dependable driver to haul dirt, gravel, asphalt, and other materials to and from job sites, quarries, and disposal locations.
The role is full-time and based out of Patetown, NC. Daily work includes pre- and post-trip inspections, safe loading and unloading, following routes and schedules, and coordinating with dispatch and site supervisors. Drivers are expected to keep the truck clean, report maintenance needs, and complete delivery tickets and logs.
Pay is $18–$23/hour depending on experience. Benefits include 2 weeks of vacation, 1 week of sick pay, paid holidays, and a yearly bonus.
