– Research trends for Accessories create standout seasonal ranges.
– Oversee product development ensuring brand authenticity and quality.
– Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute designs seamlessly.
– Manage seasonal calendars and deliver market-ready tech packs.
– Inspire and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity and growth.
– Present trend insights and contribute to seasonal direction.
– Collaborate with Marketing and E-commerce on creative campaigns.

What You Bring
BA in Fashion Design
10+ years’ experience
Strong eye for trends, colors, prints, fabrics, and silhouettes.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of CLO 3D is a plus.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and multitasking skills.
Proven ability to coach, inspire, and develop teams.
