Customer Service Manager

Aleef Group is looking for a hands-on Customer Service Manager to lead and develop the customer service function across its veterinary clinics in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate has experience not only managing a customer service/call center team, but also implementing systems, processes, KPIs and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the customer service/call center team
Implement and improve customer service systems, processes and workflows
- Set and monitor KPIs, targets and team performance
- Improve service quality, customer experience and complaint handling
- Provide regular performance reporting and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Experience managing or supervising a customer service/call center function
- Proven experience implementing processes, systems and performance targets
- Strong understanding of customer service KPIs and team performance management
- Hands-on, proactive and improvement-focused
- Veterinary/healthcare experience is a plus
