As a Creative Executive at Bricks, you'll drive the creative direction and execution of clients' projects, researching, shaping artistic and creative direction, presenting ideas, and leading them through to execution. The role combines artistic vision with strategic thinking to deliver compelling, impactful campaigns and projects.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Lead in-depth research and analysis to understand client needs, target audience, and industry trends, translating insights into creative direction
- Partner with Account Associates/Executives to interpret creative briefs and shape them into compelling creative concepts and campaign directions
- Develop and deliver high-impact presentations that communicate creative vision and concepts to clients with confidence and clarity
- Own the timely, high-quality execution of creative projects, meeting client deadlines and expectations, including leading long, extended production sessions indoor and outdoor
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams, including Account Associates, Executives and Production teams, to align creative vision with project and business goals
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying them to elevate creative strategies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively across clients and campaigns
- Lead the development of creative proposals, pitches, and presentations for new business opportunities
- Oversee production planning to ensure readiness for execution, including storyboards, shortlists, budget breakdowns, casting documents, wardrobe styles, props lists, and other required preparation
- Take charge of the visual narrative by expertly styling food/non-food items for photoshoots, orchestrating the perfect look for models, makeup, and wardrobe
