Role Description This is a full-time remote role for Cleaners. In this position, you will perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards. You will be responsible for cleaning restrooms, break areas, and common spaces, replenishing supplies, and ensuring waste is collected and disposed of appropriately. The role includes following established procedures, using cleaning equipment and products safely, and reporting any maintenance or safety issues. You will work independently or as part of a dispersed team, adhering to schedules and guidelines while meeting health, safety, and quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and surface sanitizing.
- Knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals, products, and equipment, with adherence to health and safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Reliable time management skills, with the ability to follow schedules and work independently in a remote setting.
- Good communication skills for coordinating tasks, reporting issues, and following instructions and guidelines.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift light to moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial work is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Willingness to follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards in all cleaning activities.
