The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2025 & 2026 Graduates are welcomed to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mechanical, physical, and chemical testing on raw materials, in‑process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Maintain and calculate Measurement Uncertainty for all tests in line with regulatory requirements.
- Track laboratory test results and periodic sample withdrawals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
- Perform routine verification of laboratory equipment to guarantee accuracy and readiness before testing.
- Operate and monitor laboratory and production testing equipment, ensuring efficiency and adherence to procedures.
- Oversee periodic maintenance and calibration of instruments to secure reliable test results.
- Monitor and record environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) to sustain controlled testing environments.
- Execute all testing activities in strict accordance with approved SOPs.
- Support production quality monitoring during shifts, coordinating with supervisors to maintain product standards.
- Identify and report non‑conformities, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Participate in proficiency testing programs and inter‑laboratory comparisons to validate accuracy and credibility.
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports summarizing product quality performance and key observations.
- Collaborate with production and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality procedures.
- Uphold impartiality, integrity, and confidentiality in handling customer information, laboratory results, and intellectual property.
- Provide support or supervision during manpower shortages or high workload periods, contributing to team continuity.
- Assist in evaluating team performance when assigned and escalate concerns to supervisors.
Requirements:
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemical Engineering or any related field.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English.
- Years of Experience: 0-2 Years of experience in the same field.
- Computer/Technical Skills: Microsoft Office.
