We Are Hiring – Sales Manager
Alexandria Engineering Car Co. (ALEXECC) is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our automotive sales team.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Develop sales plans, forecasts, and strategies based on market demand and business objectives. * Prepare and monitor sales forecasts and analyze actual performance against targets. * Set individual and team targets and follow up on daily, weekly, and monthly performance. * Monitor market trends, customer demand, competitor activity, and pricing. * Manage sales performance for Nissan and Jetour* brands. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and support the team in handling key accounts. * Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure effective follow-up on potential customers. * Analyze sales results and prepare regular performance reports for management. * Coach and develop the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, with proven experience in a Sales Manager role. * Strong experience in Nissan and/or Jetour sales is highly preferred. * Strong knowledge of automotive sales operations and the local market. * Strong skills in Sales Planning, Forecasting, Target Setting, and Performance Analysis*. * Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills. * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. * Ability to work under pressure and achieve challenging sales targets.
