At Dhaba, hospitality means making every guest feel like family. We are looking for a warm, energetic Restaurant Supervisor to join our pre-opening team and lead the floor during every service.
The Role
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will supervise daily front-of-house operations, lead the service team on the floor, and make sure every guest enjoys a warm, seamless experience.
Key responsibilities:
Guest Experience
- Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring prompt and attentive service
- Handle feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain Dhaba's standards in service, presentation and ambience
Operations
- Supervise each shift and coordinate between the service, kitchen and bar teams
- Prepare for every service, including briefings, table setup, reservations and cleanliness
- Manage floor flow during busy periods to keep service running smoothly
- Support the Restaurant Manager with shift planning, stock checks and reporting
- Ensure health, hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times
Team Leadership
- Lead, train and motivate the service team to deliver outstanding hospitality
- Run daily briefings and on-the-job training for new team members
- Delegate tasks efficiently across shifts
- Build a positive, respectful team culture
What You Bring
- 3–4 years' experience as a Supervisor or Senior Server in premium casual or fine dining
- Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
- A genuine guest-first mindset and good problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of POS, cash handling and reservation systems
- Fluent English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus
- Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills
- UAE restaurant experience preferred
