His journey carried him through the streets of India, which gave Dhaba its soul, and into the kitchens of Copenhagen, where he learned precision and respect for every ingredient. Now, in Abu Dhabi, all of those chapters come together at one table.
At Dhaba, every drink is part of the story. We are looking for a creative, guest-focused Bartender to join our pre-opening team and bring Indian flavours to life behind the bar.
The Role
Reporting to the Bar Supervisor and Restaurant Manager, you will deliver exceptional beverage service, combining classic and contemporary cocktails with Dhaba's modern Indian flavours, while creating memorable moments for every guest.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to Dhaba recipes and standards
- Create signature cocktails inspired by Indian flavours and the Dhaba story
- Engage guests with warmth, product knowledge and professionalism
- Contribute to bar menu development and seasonal updates
- Manage bar inventory, restocking and requisitions
- Process orders, payments and POS entries accurately
- Keep the bar clean, organised and guest-ready at all times
- Follow hygiene, safety and responsible alcohol service standards
- Support restaurant operations during peak service
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in premium casual, fine dining or lounge settings
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and bar operations
- Creativity in crafting drinks, with consistency in every serve
- Excellent communication and a positive, energetic personality
- High attention to detail, cleanliness and presentation
- Fluent English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage
- UAE experience and alcohol service certification preferred
