We’re Hiring: Business Setup Advisor

FounderX is looking for a sharp, driven Business Setup Advisor to help entrepreneurs set up and grow their businesses in the UAE.
This is not a service role, it is aggressive SALES. You’ll speak with founders daily, understand their business model, recommend the right jurisdiction and package, and confidently close the deal.
What you’ll do:
- Consult with inbound leads looking to start a UAE company
- Understand each client’s activity, visa requirements, ownership structure and budget
- Recommend the right Free Zone or Mainland setup
- Explain the full process clearly: licence, visa, establishment card, banking, tax and renewals
- Manage follow-ups and pipeline through Zoho CRM
- Close business setup packages and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth client handover
- Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- UAE business setup / corporate services sales experience is preferred. Minimum 1 year.
- Strong communication skills.
- Confident on calls, WhatsApp and face-to-face meetings
- Someone commercially sharp not afraid to follow up, ask for the sale and hit targets
- Good understanding of UAE Free Zones, Mainland, visas and company formation is a plus
- CRM experience is preferred
- Ambitious, polished and hungry to grow in a high-performance environment
