Company Description Asl AlHolool Consulting & Outsourcing provides professional customer experience, shared services, and managed services to organizations seeking smart and sustainable growth. The company delivers Digital Media Marketing and Moderation services and solutions, within its tower of Customer Management. Applicants can expect to join a team focused on empowering clients to grow confidently through high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
Role purpose: The Business Development Manager — New Business is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt.
You own Asl AlHolool's own revenue. The work is mostly outbound: building a target list of medium and large enterprises, opening doors, understanding what each organisation actually needs, shaping a solution around it, and winning the retainer. You also handle every inbound inquiry that reaches us about our services. You run the full cycle, from first contact to signature.
This is a field role, not a desk role, and it is a consultative sale rather than a transactional one. You will spend your time in client offices, in meetings and sales calls, and you will be expected to write the proposals yourself.
You will be our dedicated sales hire and the person carrying a commission. You will build the target list, the pipeline and the way we sell, reporting straight to management.
Line of Business: Your primary line of business is Digital Media Marketing and Management: social media management, paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn, content production, SEO, lead response and performance reporting. This is what you lead with, and what most of your pipeline will be built on.
That service does not sit on its own. It integrates with the operational and consulting services Asl AlHolool already provides, and the strongest proposals are the ones that combine them. A client who comes to us for social media management often has a problem that reaches further back: how inquiries are handled, how their customer experience actually works, how their commercial operation is set up.
New business development (primary focus, mostly outbound)
• Build and maintain a target account list of medium and large enterprises across sectors, prioritised by fit, size and likelihood to buy.
• Open doors through direct outreach, calls, professional networking, industry events, referrals and partnerships.
• Research each target before approaching it: their market, their current digital presence, who makes the decision and what they are likely to be struggling with.
• Secure first meetings with client decision makers including marketing directors, commercial directors, general managers and owners.
Client needs analysis, solution design and proposals
• Run structured discovery: understand the client's business objectives, their current marketing activity, what has and hasn't worked for them, their internal capability, their budget reality and their decision process.
• Diagnose rather than pitch. Identify the client's real problem, which is often not the one they named in the first meeting.
• Shape the solution: define scope, service mix, deliverables, timelines, team allocation and the results the client can reasonably expect, working with the Digital Media & Growth Lead and, where relevant, with our consulting and operational colleagues.
• Identify where other Asl AlHolool service lines strengthen the answer, and build integrated proposals that reflect the full offering.
• Write the proposal yourself: a clear commercial document with scope, approach, deliverables, KPIs, pricing and terms, tailored to the client rather than assembled from a template.
• Build the commercial model: retainer structure, pricing, media budget assumptions and margin, within the pricing framework agreed with management.
• Present and defend the proposal to the client, including to procurement and to stakeholders who were not in the earlier meetings.
Develop and maintain the sales toolkit with the delivery team: credentials deck, case studies, service one-pagers, proposal templates and pricing structures.
