About
Since 1977, AlFifa For General Services Office has been a trusted name in business support services across the Eastern Province — covering VIP services, embassy and government services, certified translation, international driving licenses, and visa and travel solutions.
As we grow, we're building out our B2B sales capability for the first time, and we're looking for a Business Development Coordinator to lead that effort from the ground up. This is a foundational hire: you won't be stepping into an existing sales department, you'll be helping build one, with direct access to senior leadership along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on role. Day to day, you'll be networking, meeting people, and actively hunting for and closing new business, not waiting for leads to come to you.
- Get out there and network constantly — meetings, calls, events, whatever it takes to build relationships with corporate and government decision-makers across the Eastern Province.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities daily, and grow what we already have with existing clients.
- Own the deal from first conversation to signed contract: understand the client's needs, put together the right offer, negotiate, and close.
- Coordinate and support formal bid processes (RFP/RFI/RFQ) when clients request them.
- Loop in operations and leadership as needed to shape offers and pricing, and keep the CRM and pipeline reporting up to date.
- Represent AlFifa in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to build market presence.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management — services, corporate support, or government relations backgrounds preferred, but not required.
- A confident, articulate communication style in English, with the ability to build rapport and handle objections. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
- Comfortable managing longer, relationship-driven sales cycles — corporate and government procurement tends to move slowly, so patience and persistence matter more than speed.
- A self-starter mindset: comfortable operating with a fair amount of ambiguity and helping build structure where it doesn't fully exist yet.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple prospects and priorities at once.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Khobar; a valid driving license is a must, as client meetings will be a regular part of the role.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is helpful but not essential — full training on our systems will be provided.
What We Offer:
- Base salary of SAR 9,000–12,000/month, plus performance-based commission on new business closed.
- Health insurance.
- Company car for business use (client meetings, site visits, etc.).
- The opportunity to work for a stable, well-established company (48+ years in business) entering a new growth phase.
- A collaborative, supportive work environment in our brand new office in Khobar
- The opportunity to build a function from the ground up and directly shape company strategy.
- Direct access and exposure to senior leadership.
