Happy Hoopla is a growing party and event rental company in Dubai, specialising in bouncy castles, water slides, party equipment and entertainment products for private and corporate events.
We are looking for a friendly, organised and commercially minded Bookings & Customer Support Executive to join our team.
This is a customer-facing role and an important part of our day-to-day business. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, converting enquiries into bookings and coordinating with our operations team to ensure bookings are delivered smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is:
Fluent in written and spoken English
Previous experience in customer service, reservations, sales, hospitality, events or a similar customer-facing role would be an advantage.
Experience in the UAE is preferred, although we are primarily looking for the right attitude, communication skills and ability to learn.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position within a small and growing business. The successful candidate will have direct contact with customers and work closely with both management and our operations team.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates clearly and genuinely enjoys helping customers while also understanding that enquiries need to be converted into sales.
