Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Discovery, CMDB, and ITSM development.
- Expert-level certification in BMC Discovery, CMDB, and ITSM.
- Strong expertise in BMC platform upgrades, migrations, and quarterly release management.
- Expert-level experience in API development and integration modernization.
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native environments.
- Experience designing and maintaining CMDB data models, service mapping, and discovery patterns.
- Develop, configure, and maintain BMC Discovery, CMDB, and ITSM solutions.
- Lead platform upgrades, patches, and migrations.
- Design and implement API-based integrations.
- Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and reconciliation.
- Support containerized deployments and operational excellence.
- Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues.
