Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day beverage operation, ensuring consistently high standards of service, quality, and guest experience.
- Develop and maintain an innovative and commercially successful beverage programme aligned with the Azure Beach brand.
- Drive beverage revenue, profitability, and cost control through effective menu engineering, pricing, upselling, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate the beverage team, fostering a strong service and performance culture.
- Work closely with the Bar, Restaurant, Culinary, and Operations teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor beverage stock, par levels, purchasing, wastage, and beverage cost percentages.
- Develop creative cocktails, signature drinks, seasonal menus, and beverage activations in line with current lifestyle and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with operational, hygiene, licensing, and company standards.
- Analyse beverage performance and prepare regular reports covering revenue, costs, margins, and key commercial KPIs.
- Support events, entertainment, and promotional activations to maximise beverage revenue and guest engagement.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Beverage Manager, Bar Manager, or senior beverage leader within a premium hospitality environment.
- Strong background in beach clubs, lifestyle dining, luxury restaurants, nightlife, or high-volume venues.
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beverage trends, and modern bar operations.
- Strong commercial understanding with proven experience managing beverage cost, inventory, menu engineering, and profitability.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to manage a diverse, high-volume team.
- Creative, energetic, and guest-focused with a strong understanding of premium lifestyle hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills in English are essential. Additional European language skills and international hospitality experience are highly desirable.
- Previous GCC experience would be an advantage.
