Role Description The Barista at Martini is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, working within specialty coffee and beverage programs for client venues. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing high-quality coffee and tea beverages, operating espresso and brewing equipment, and ensuring consistent drink presentation according to Martini standards. The Barista will interact directly with guests, provide attentive customer service, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and hygiene guidelines, and supporting inventory checks and restocking. The Barista may participate in staff training sessions and contribute feedback to improve menu items and guest experience.
