Role DescriptionAs a B2C Sales Executive, you will drive direct-to-consumer product sales by combining digital inside sales with local face-to-face field outreach. You will identify target customer segments, engage prospects through digital channels and commercial venues, demonstrate our products, handle objections, and move qualified prospects toward completed orders.

Core Responsibilities· Outbound Prospecting: Identify new customer segments through digital channel mining, telesales, targeted local field outreach, networking, and referrals.
· Lead Qualification: Qualify cold prospects and warm inbound inquiries against target customer profiles to maximize conversion potential.
· Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual demonstrations focused on practical utility, professional value, and premium design.
· Conversion & Closing: Handle objections professionally and drive qualified prospects toward purchase and order completion.
· Volume & Team Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand individual interest into high-volume orders for corporate teams, sales departments, and other professional teams.
· Customer Follow-Up: Confirm payments, verify shipping information, communicate delivery expectations, and maintain a professional customer experience.
· Internal Coordination: Work closely with Team Leaders, Logistics, and Operations to monitor stock availability and delivery status.
· Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily activity expectations such as outreach and pitches while achieving monthly physical-product sales quotas.
· CRM Discipline: Keep lead, opportunity, activity, and follow-up information accurate and up to date.
What We Are Looking For· 1-3 years of proven success in direct product sales, tech retail, telesales, high-volume field sales, or a similar customer-facing environment.
· University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, customer-friendly presence.
· Good written English and a solid foundation in spoken English.
· Ability to craft human, personalized outreach across digital channels such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
· Strong listening, persuasion, objection-handling, and closing skills.
· Resilience and persistence in a high-rejection, target-driven environment.
· Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
· Comfort with CRM software and Google Workspace Apps.
· Confidence operating in both inside-sales and face-to-face field environments.
