Role Description The Architect will work on a full-time, on-site basis in Giza, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and models, coordinating with engineering disciplines, and ensuring design solutions align with project requirements, codes, and standards. The role involves participating in project meetings, reviewing site conditions, and supporting construction documentation to maintain design intent throughout project execution. The Architect will also contribute to design presentations, assist in master planning and interior coordination, and help manage design revisions based on client and stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client needs into coherent, functional, and aesthetic design solutions.
- Experience with Integration and coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure consistent and buildable project outcomes.
- Proficiency in Project Management practices, including planning tasks, tracking progress, and supporting project delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Relevant experience with design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, 3D visualization software) and strong digital literacy.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field, with previous experience in consultancy or multidisciplinary project environments preferred.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in teams, engage with clients, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
