The AI Enablement Specialist Support employees in adopting approved AI tools and ways of working through practical enablement, training, communication, support and pilots. Discover employee needs, help remove adoption barriers, measure engagement and outcomes, and flex across team priorities under the direction of the AI Adoption & Innovation Manager.
Main Tasks Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
• Execute employee AI adoption and enablement activities aligned with the Department’s roadmap and priorities.
• Coordinate AI Champions activities.
• Assess learning needs and create role-based training, guides, demonstrations and office hours.
• Deliver training and support onboarding to approved AI tools and responsible ways of working.
• Coordinate internal communications and awareness campaigns with relevant stakeholders.
• Gather feedback and help address adoption barriers.
• Discover and structure employee-led use cases, then route them for assessment and prioritization.
• Provide first-line user support and escalate technical, security or policy issues to the accountable teams.
• Support pilot planning, participant coordination, testing, feedback collection and rollout readiness.
• Track participation, adoption, usage, satisfaction and outcomes, and report actionable insights.
• Configure and maintain light custom GPTs or assistants within approved platforms and agreed templates.
• Maintain training materials, FAQs, knowledge articles, lessons learned and reusable practices.
• Collaborate across functions, follow governance requirements and flex across team priorities as needed.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology , Information System, Engineering , Computer Science , Business Administration , Learning & Development ,or a related field.
•Relevant certification in change management, learning, digital adoption or AI tools is an advantage.
Technical Competencies
- Hands-on use of generative AI tools and prompting fundamentals.
- Practical working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Training design, facilitation and learning-material development.
- Internal communications and clear content development.
- Use-case discovery, intake and basic process mapping.
- User support, issue triage and knowledge management.
- Hands-on technical familiarity with core ERP applications preferably Oracle.
Experience:
• 2–4 years in learning and development, change management, digital adoption, internal communications, customer success or user enablement.
• Practical experience delivering training, communications, support or adoption initiatives.
Languages: Excellent Arabic and English, written and spoken.
