The AI Business & Solutions Analyst turn business needs into practical AI-enabled and automated solutions by analyzing processes, assessing use cases, defining requirements, and prototyping AI assistants, agents and automated workflows in approved tools. Coordinate pilots, user testing, documentation and value measurement, while working with business owners, IT, Data, Information Security and other accountable teams on integration and governance requirements. Move prioritized opportunities from intake through pilot and handover while remaining flexible as business priorities evolve.
Main Tasks Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assess use cases submitted through the AI intake process for feasibility, value, risk, readiness and dependencies.
- Engage process owners to understand objectives, pain points, workflows, requirements and available data.
- Map current and future processes and identify suitable AI and automation opportunities.
- Design fit-for-purpose solutions using AI plugins and skills, assistants or agents, automation and analytics.
- Translate business needs into user stories, process maps, functional requirements and acceptance criteria. · Design, build and test automated workflows in approved platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, Microsoft Power Automate), including integrations, error handling, human approvals and escalation controls.
- Design and prototype AI agents and agentic workflows, including task orchestration, tool use, human-in-the-loop controls, testing and escalation rules.
- Build or configure rapid prototypes in approved tools, and own pilot scope, testing and user acceptance.
- Analyze solution-performance data and provide decision-ready insights.
- Maintain solution designs, test results, decision logs and handover documentation, and keep entries in the AI Use Case Register up to date.
Technical Competencies
- Business and process analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping.
- AI use-case assessment covering feasibility, business value, risk and implementation considerations.
- Strong hands-on fluency with generative AI tools, including prompt design and building AI plugins and skills.
- Data analysis, visualization, and KPI and ROI modeling.
- Pilot design, user-acceptance testing and solution documentation (requirements, process maps, designs, controls, handover materials).
- Workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Microsoft Power Automate, including integrations, error handling, human approvals and escalation controls.
- AI agent and agentic-workflow design, including task orchestration, tool use, human-in-the-loop controls and testing.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and their embedded AI capabilities.
- Tool and vendor evaluation.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience, especially in business analysis, digital transformation, process improvement, automation, analytics or technology-enabled solution delivery.
- Practical experience mapping business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, assessing solution opportunities, developing prototypes, and coordinating user testing or pilots.
Languages:
Excellent English and Arabic, written and spoken.
